My new laptop arrived this Thursday from Hong Kong. Thanks to my connections through TriLUG someone generously extended their employee discount to me for purchasing a new ThinkPad from IBM/Lenovo. The larger screen is quite nice, not to mention the 5 hour battery life is wonderful.

I spent today driving to Wilson then Emporia and finally back home transporting Precious to her forever home accompanied by a Newfoundland mix and a lab mix. I enjoyed listening to The Broker from Audible.

Libby's spent the day shopping for new clothes, flowers, herbs, and food. She planted some annuals out front and some herbs in flower boxes in the back.
