Last night, Libby was happily playing The Sims 2 when I got the opportunity to setup a VPN solution which I've been envisioning for a while. I setup a single-server/multi-client VPN using OpenVPN 2.0. This setup allows Windows and Linux users alike to connect to a VPN server using the clients for their respective OS. Thanks to some hard work by the people invovled with the OpenVPN project, they've developed a highly-reliable windows network card driver to match with the driver built into the Linux kernel. I took some notes on my experience which will continue to improve as I try more clients.
